The group activities include manufacturing of Polypropylene and Polyethylene bags/sheets, Shrink films, Pet bottles for Pharmaceutical, Agro-chemical industries and IV fluids.
Presently the company is manufacturing over 24000 metric tones per year of polypropylene (PP) and polyethylene (LDPE,LLDPE,HDPE) tubing/sheet and bags, along with polypropylene bags/liners and films, which ranges from 4 inch to 40 inch, thickness of micron 20 to 200 with flexo-graphic printing up to six colors. We are the world’s largest manufacturer of Polypropylene Bags.
We are further adding additional capacities for specialty films such as Stretch, Shrink, and multilayer films.
Alpha is India’s largest single stage pet bottles manufacturer having the Worlds best technology machines from Aoki and ASB Nissei, Japan.
The Company is also currently producing over 13 lacks Bottles per day,( 30 million bottles a month) in various sizes- viz 10ml, 15ml, 30ml, 60ml, 70ml, 100ml, 120ml, 170ml & 200 ml round, 100ml and 200 ml Brute Pharma bottles. We are also developing special design bottles as per customer’s requirement.
For agro chemical company is having bottle range from 60ml, 100ml in 25mm neck and 100ml, 250ml, 500ml, 1000ml in 46mm neck in different weight categories.
Due to increase of demand of Pet bottles in North India namely Himachal Pradesh and Uttranchal, we have already commissioned machines with ‘state of the art’ manufacturing facilities catering specifically to the Pharmaceutical companies, having production of more than 4 million bottles a day (120 million bottles a month).
The bottles are being manufactured and packed under strict pharma norms such as class 10,000. The company is under implementation of ISO 9001.
We believe in providing our customers the best possible products at the most competitive prices that’s why we have not opted for
cheap two stage machines but only single stage machines which has been proven technology worldwide as the only machines which can manufacture quality products consistently as that is the requirement for large pharmaceutical companies.
The group has also diversified into manufacturing of I.V fluids. The current production is 1 million bottles a month which will increase to 5 million bottles a month in near future. The facility is WHO GMP approved.
Alpha employ’s over 400 professionally skilled incumbents and are mostly engaged in the manufacturing process, committed to produce satisfactory goods valued by the customers.
