Advantages of single- stage produced PET bottles

Before blowing, the bottles are fully stretched giving them not only a greater top-load bearing capacity but also HIGH rigidity.

In Two-Stage production, the polymer is processed twice, i.e. once during pre-form forming and again during blowing. In Single-Stage production, processing and subjecting the polymer is subjected to very high temperatures takes place only once. Therefore in bottles produced by Single-Stage process, there is no off-odour due to deterioration of plastic

Since it is an integrated process, there is no separate handling of performs as in a Two-Stage process. Possibilities of scratch marks in the bottle is completely eliminated. Bottles from a Single-Stage production have a far better shine and gloss.

Single-Stage production guarantees a high level of neck accuracy. Any inaccuracies result in incompatibility with the closures, resulting in leakers and wastages.

As the complete process takes place in a highly controlled and integrated manner in machines and molds from ASB Nissei, there is NO variation in body thickness & other bottle parameters.
